How to Address an Issue through Faculty Senate?
Official Referral Process
To refer an issue to Faculty Senate for research, evaluation, and potential action, simply download an official referral form , complete the top section, and email it to the Secretary of Faculty Senate (Currently Josh Everett; JEverett@ctcd.edu).
Reporting of Committee Minutes
The FS Constitution requires each committee to report the official minutes of each meeting. As such, the following form should be used for this purpose. All completed forms reflecting committee action may be viewed on the individual committee pages found through the "Faculty Senate Committees" tab in the toolbar above.
