Constitutional Role and Responsibility

• Making recommendations for in-service training, workshops, seminars, speakers, and other avenues for professional advancement of the faculty. 

• Organizing, in conjunction with the Dean of Central Campus, the annual Fall Faculty Pre-service, to include confirming, hosting , and securing honorarium for the Keynote Speaker; scheduling appropriate sessions; procuring refreshments; and reserving rooms and equipment for Pre-service activities. 

• Collaborating with the Human Resources Training Coordinator to post events on the CTC Training Calendar and co-sponsor events, as applicable. 

• Collaborating annually with the Dean of Central Campus in reviewing the Faculty Professional Development Plan (FPDP) and advising of any issues and/or proposed modifications.
